I think that most dogs love to please their owners. Teaching your dog some tricks is a great mean to let him win your praise and affection. To keep your dog safe, it is important to teach him some basic commands such as sit, come and stand. If you wish to teach him some other stuffs, I can give you some tips about some amazing tricks.
1 To make him bow down on his knees, all you need is trying to train your dog to bow by using some treats. Try to make him stand up when told, then hold the treat at the tip of his nose, and slowly move it down, holding it close to his body. In this way, you will use the treat to lure your dog down until his elbows are on the floor with his rear end remaining up. It’s a really nice trick and worth a try.

Start with your dog standing up on four as normal; if your dog has not been able to stand on command yet, you may want to work on it a little bit more. Hold your dog in the bow position for a few seconds, and then use the treat to lure him back into a standing position. It’d be very useful to make him stand up when he is told to do so. 3 Teaching your dog to do high five with his paw is incredibly easy and it is a great trick to amuse your children. Start by commanding your dog to sit, and reward him with a treat. Then, hold a treat in front of him but it should be out of reach. Repeat the command “high five” while tapping gently on one of his feet. Most dogs will raise their foot at the treat in your other hand. When he raises his foot, catch it with your free hand. As soon as you make contact with him, give your dog the treat and lots of praise. Keep repeating these steps until he gives you a high five.
4 Training your dog to wave through lifting his paw is not a very difficult process. Your family and you friends are sure to be impressed by this cool trick. Before you start training a dog to wave, you should teach him first how to shake paws. Start by giving your dog the command shake and when he lifts his paw to shake your hand, move your hand up so he has to move his paw up a bit to get to your hand. When he does that, give him a treat. Repeat this action a few times, by moving your hand up a little higher until your dog is raising his paw above his head. Then give him the command wave, do it over and over again till he responds each time at the command wave.
5 This part of the training sessions is fun for dogs; it’s like a game to them. They have to figure out what to do in order to get the treat. He might spin around or lie down, try to ignore him until he sits down on his own. When he does that, reward him immediately with a treat. Do that several times till he keeps this rule in his mind, give him a treat each time he follows your command till it becomes a habit.
